He is also the Director of ASU’s Center for Wireless Information Systems and Computational Architectures. Dan received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the University of California at San Diego

Dan received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the University of California at San Diego (1997 and 1995), and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from ASU (1989). Dan is a Fellow of the IEEE and received the 2021 IEEE Warren D. White Award for Excellence in Radar Engineering. He has published two textbooks and more than 200 technical articles and conference papers.

As the Vice President of Engineering, Tuan is responsible for all development aspects from concept through mass production, including semiconductor, embedded software and reference hardware. A seasoned semiconductor development executive, Tuan is uniquely qualified for leading and growing engineering teams from ground zero to large functional teams, with experience across five Silicon Valley startups. Over his career, Tuan has led teams across IoT, mobile handsets, broadband communications, consumer electronics, consumer voice and audio, PC multimedia and optical storage markets.
Chief Systems Engineer
Dr. Jacob Holtom is the Chief Systems Engineer at DASH Tech Integrated Circuits. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Arizona State University (2023), and his BS in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University (2019). His dissertation work was in distributed coherent communication systems algorithms and implementation.
Senior Engineer
Dr. Tutu Ajayi is a Senior Engineer at DASH Tech Integrated Circuits. He received his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in 2008 and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Michigan in 2021. His research interests lie primarily in cross-layer computer architecture, with an emphasis on realizing research into ASIC or FPGA platforms.

Brittany McCall is the Head of Operations for DASH Tech Integrated Circuits and member of the founding team. She is also Assistant Director of Project Management at Arizona State University’s Wireless Information Systems and Computational Architectures (WISCA) center, where DASH Tech originally spun out from. Brittany received her B.S., Political Science (2013) and M.S., Global Technology & Development (2019), and is working toward a doctorate in Innovation in Global Development at ASU. In her prior life, Brittany worked in financial services in international and offshore operations, and previously held broker licenses.
